Meet Ms. Yurbi

Thank you so much for considering Blossom Learning Child Care (Blossom LCC) in your tireless search for a safe place for your little one. My name is Yurbi Rodríguez and I am the Director and Lead Teacher for Blossom LCC. My passion for early childhood education has guided my career every step of the way. Six years ago, I moved to the United States with the dream of making a positive impact in the lives of young children. I earned an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Urban College, which gave me a strong foundation to understand the unique needs and potential of each child.

For the past few years, I have worked as a Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher in the Boston area. Through this experience, I began to understand the diverse needs of families and children in our area. I’ve seen firsthand how a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment can spark a child’s curiosity, help them thrive, and alleviate a caregivers' anxiety. I am fortunate to have built meaningful relationships with children and their families, some of whom have joined me at Blossom.

Opening Blossom LCC, my very own Spanish-immersion childcare, has been a goal of mine for a long time. My goal is to create a space where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. My favorite part about Blossom is my ability to integrate my Dominican heritage into the curriculum in the food I serve, the books we read, and words we learn.

Our dedicated staff are highly qualified and experienced in early childhood education. We are passionate about fostering your child's development and committed to ongoing professional development to bring the best practices into our care. We understand that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Our small program allows us to support each child's individual needs, giving them the care and encouragement they need to succeed.
